By accessing the Discover Tackle website or purchasing a Discover Tackle subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Subscription Service

Discover Tackle provides recurring subscription boxes containing a curated selection of fishing tackle and related products. Products, brands, styles, colors, quantities, and box contents may vary from month to month. Images or examples shown on our website or marketing materials are illustrative and do not guarantee the exact contents of a future box.

Recurring Billing

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Discover Tackle and its payment processor to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring subscription payment until the subscription is canceled.

Your subscription automatically renews monthly at the applicable subscription price unless canceled before the next recurring payment is processed.

Founding Member and Promotional Offers

Promotional discounts may be subject to additional conditions, usage limits, expiration dates, and eligibility requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a promotional discount does not permanently reduce the regular recurring subscription price.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals but does not ordinarily refund an order or recurring payment that has already been processed. Additional details are provided in our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Discover Tackle is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, carrier delays, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Curated Products

Discover Tackle works with independent manufacturers and brands to curate subscription boxes. Inclusion of a product does not mean that Discover Tackle manufactured that product. Product instructions, warnings, specifications, and intended uses supplied by the manufacturer should be followed.

Product Availability and Substitutions

Product availability may change. When necessary, Discover Tackle may substitute an unavailable item with another product of comparable type or value.

Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Products

Returns, refunds, damaged products, missing items, incorrect items, and lost shipments are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
