Meet WiCO Fishing
WiCo Fishing started in July 2025 when founder Roger purchased a starter kit to begin making custom soft plastic baits. What began as a hobby quickly became something more after he created a custom finesse worm color called “Tillery Grape” and brought it along on a fishing trip.
A friend asked for the rest of the pack, and within a week Roger was receiving calls from other anglers looking for custom orders.
With demand growing, WiCo Fishing officially launched in September 2025. Based in Monroe, North Carolina, Roger continues to hand-inject WiCo’s baits with the same small-batch attention that started it all.
Why We Chose WiCo Fishing

WiCo Fishing’s 3.5" Super Chunks bring hand-injected action to a proven bass-fishing profile. Made with WiCo’s slightly softer plastic, the chunks are designed for lively movement in the water.
